Steam challenge
In Te Ngahere we did a Steam challenge. We were learning to make a free standing object out of two sheets of newspaper and tape that was 30 cm. It was a challenge to build the tallest newspaper tower. It was really frustrating to make the tower stand. I paired up in a group of three .Their names were Dayton and MIkaire. The tower didn't stand properly because the base was scrunched so Dayton tried to put his hand through the base so it could stand straight; we finally made it stand. The highest for our tower was 1m. We nearly won but we came 3rd. The people who came first were Zhynaliyah and Emma .Second place was Franky, Imogen and Mark. We lost but we still had fun.

Kia Ora Shay, It’s Mark, I really like your post about the STEAM Challenge it looks interesting. I like how you told us what materials you had to use to build the free standing tower. I also really liked how you tried your best to make the tower stand. When you said your base of your tower got destroyed it made me think that you sat on it or just that someone stepped on it. How much tape did you use to build the freestanding tower
